Hey Everybody...the time is nearing, but it isn't here quite yet. We've been hit hard by thunderstorms for the past few days, and today is no different. I'm only lacking a few hours worth of work on the boat before I'm ready to go, but the rain is holding me up slightly. Regardless, I hope to be ready to leave by tomorrow morning. Mark's keeping a close watch on the weather with me, so we'll probably decide tonight whether or not tomorrow will be the day.

I'm really getting ancy...I'm ready to get gone! It appears that tonight some people are taking me out for a going-away type thing, so that should be fun...I just hope that I'm not here for another week- that'd be a little awkward, huh?

Anyway, I'll keep ya'll posted as often as I can, but chances are, the journal entries will be a feast or famine type deal. I will actually write everyday, but my internet connections will probably be few and far between.
